• Stock Watchlist: Your selected stocks are stored locally on your device only. We never upload your watchlist to any server.
• App Preferences: Theme settings (light/dark mode) and refresh preferences are saved locally on your device.
• Market Data Requests: When fetching stock prices, only ticker symbols (e.g., AAPL, NVDA) are transmitted to market data providers.

We do not collect: personal information, email addresses, account details, location data, analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking.

No tracking. No profiles. No data collection.

2. How We Use Information

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Storing your stock watchlist locally
• Fetching real-time stock prices
• Displaying stock information inside the app
• Remembering your preferences (theme, refresh settings)

We never sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

StockFolio uses trusted market data providers to deliver real-time price information. These services may process only the ticker symbols you request.

We select providers that follow strong privacy and data-handling standards. Only ticker symbols are transmitted—never personal data.

• All data is stored locally on your device using secure OS-level storage.
• Stock ticker symbols are transmitted securely using encrypted HTTPS connections.
• We retain no user data on our servers.
• You may delete all app data simply by uninstalling StockFolio.

Because we don't store anything server-side, there is nothing to request deletion for.

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• Control what stocks you track
• Use the app without providing any personal information
• Know that we collect no analytics or tracking data

Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to export or delete from our systems.

StockFolio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because StockFolio collects no personal data from anyone, children can use the app without privacy concerns—but guardians should supervise financial content.
